What you will do

Build and evolve Adtima’s observability platform (logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards and alerting) to give teams real-time visibility into system health and ad delivery
Design and build pipelines that ingest, process and store massive volumes of logs from production services
Build and operate our ads serving and reporting systems, with a focus on high load, low latency and high availability
Design, develop and ship new features and internal tooling
Work with product and other engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver projects

What you need

2+ years of software development experience with Scala or Java
Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
Experience building or maintaining high-throughput services or data pipelines that handle large volumes of production data
Hands-on experience with in-memory and NoSQL databases (e.g. Redis)
Understanding of observability concepts: structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing, and alerting
Effective use of AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex) in your daily workflow

Nice to have

Experience with log and stream processing tools (e.g. Kafka)
Experience with observability or analytics stacks (e.g. ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
Python, for data analysis and scripting
