Join Zama, a leading company in Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) technology. As a Sales Engineer in the Product Integrations team, you will be the technical voice in partner conversations, run technical and product discovery, own the technical narrative, answer hard questions accurately, create bespoke demos, and close the loop with Product teams. You should have 8+ years of experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical evangelism, with a strong understanding of blockchain and the wallet/custodian space.
Missions
- Be the technical voice in partner conversations, explaining how Zama Protocol works and pitching it at the right level for the audience.
- Run technical and product discovery, qualifying partner needs and translating use cases into what the SDK can do.
- Own the technical narrative by building decks, demos, and solution walkthroughs that make FHE tangible and usable.
Profil recherché
* 8+ years in sales engineering, pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical evangelism, with a track record in developer infrastructure, blockchain, wallets, custody, or fintech.* Exceptional communication. You can hold a room, read it, and move your pitch from boardroom to engineering workshop without losing accuracy.
* Strong craft in decks, demos, and technical storytelling. You take pride in materials that land.
* A gift for making hard technology clear, cryptography and confidential computing included, without burying people in detail.
* Fluent in blockchain and the wallet/custodian space, and credible with partner product managers and engineers.
* A working grasp of DeFi and on-chain finance. You can see how tokens, trading, settlement, custody, and stablecoins fit together, and where confidential tokens slot in.
* The judgement and presence to represent Zama solo in senior, high-stakes conversations.
* Comfort running many opportunities in parallel and prioritising your own time across them.
### Nice-to-have
* Direct experience with confidential or privacy-preserving blockchain tech (FHE, ZK, MPC), or a strong willingness to learn.
* Time spent at a wallet, custody, exchange, on/off-ramp, or blockchain infrastructure company with knowledge of onchain/DeFi.
* Experience selling or solutioning into banks, financial institutions, or regulated enterprises.
* Comfortable reading a codebase, wiring up a demo, and talking engineer-to-engineer, even if you are not writing production code day to day.
