Your Role

AsaManager,youwillplayanimportantroleindeliveringhigh-qualitytreasurytechnologyandtransformationprojectsforourclients.Workingcloselywithseniorclientstakeholders,youwillhelporganisationsimprovetreasuryprocesses,implementtechnologysolutionsandrealisevaluefromtreasurytransformationinitiatives.

Youwillleadprojectteams,developclientrelationshipsandcontributetothegrowthofourTreasuryTechnologypracticethroughbusinessdevelopment,knowledgesharingandmentoringcolleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadtreasurytechnologyandtreasurytransformationprojectsfromstrategythroughimplementation.

• Adviseclientsontreasuryprocesses,operatingmodelsandtechnologysolutionstosupportbusinessobjectives.

• SupportTreasuryManagementSystem(TMS)selection,implementation,optimisationandintegrationprojects.

• Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithtreasury,financeandprojectstakeholdersacrossclientorganisations.

• Identifyopportunitiestoexpandexistingclientengagementsandcontributetobusinessdevelopmentactivities.

• Manageprojectscope,timelines,budgetsandstakeholderexpectationstoensuresuccessfuldelivery.

• Leadandcoachconsultantsaspartofprojectteams,supportingtheirgrowthanddevelopment.

• Contributetothedevelopmentandsharingoftreasurytechnologyexpertise,methodologiesandbestpractices.

• RepresentZandersatrelevantindustryeventsandcontributetothoughtleadershipinitiatives.

• Supportinternalinitiativesthatstrengthencollaboration,innovationandoperationalexcellenceacrossthefirm.

What You Bring

• 6-10yearsofexperienceintreasury,treasurytechnology,treasurytransformationorrelatedconsultingenvironments.

• Experiencedeliveringtreasury-relatedprojects,preferablyinvolvingTreasuryManagementSystemsortreasuryprocessimprovement.

• Strongunderstandingoftreasuryprocesses,cashmanagement,payments,liquiditymanagementandtreasuryoperatingmodels.

• ExperiencewithoneormoretreasurytechnologiessuchasKyriba,SAPTreasury,FISQuantum,ION,Coupa,SWIFTorsimilarsolutions.

• Strongprojectmanagementandstakeholdermanagementskills.

• Theabilitytotranslatecomplexbusinessrequirementsintopracticalsolutionsforclients.

• Experienceleadingsmalltomedium-sizedprojectteamsandsupportingthedevelopmentofcolleagues.

• Acollaborativeandcommerciallymindedapproach,withaninterestinhelpinggrowclientrelationships.

• Astronganalyticalmindset,intellectualcuriosityandpassionforsolvingcomplexbusinesschallenges.

• Master'sdegreeorequivalentprofessionalqualification.

• FluentinEnglish. Dutch and/orFrenchisconsideredastrongadvantage.
