Project Manager

Now we’re looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team on projects for one of our international clients.

What will you be doing?

• Project Management: End-to-end management of IT projects throughout their entire lifecycle – from the conceptual phase and discovery stage to deployment and project closure.

• Client & Business Relations: Managing day-to-day communication, progress reporting, expectation management, and building long-term relationships with international clients.

• Team Operations & Workflow: Ensuring smooth workflow within the development team, removing blockers, and facilitating Agile project events.

• Budget & Schedule Ownership: Defining and overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring full adherence to established goals.

• Risk & Change Management: Identifying potential project risks, responding to scope changes, and ensuring high quality and consistency of delivered solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager (software house environment is a plus).

• Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and supporting tooling (Jira, Confluence).

• Proven track record of commercially delivering web or mobile application development projects.

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and ability to comfortably discuss architecture, technical concepts, and estimations with developers.

• Excellent interpersonal skills: outstanding self-organization, high empathy, assertiveness, and strong conflict-resolution abilities.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken), enabling seamless project delivery and direct communication with international clients.
