FRM Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and analytical FRM professional to support the Compliance and Investigation function of a crypto exchange. The role will primarily focus on handling LEA queries, NCRP portal reporting, cyber fraud investigations, and suspicious transaction monitoring. The candidate will work closely with Compliance, Operations, Legal, and Cyber Investigation teams to mitigate financial crime risks and ensure timely regulatory action.

Responsibilities

• Handle LEA/Cyber Police requests and investigations.
• Manage NCRP portal complaints and reporting.
• Perform transaction monitoring and suspicious activity analysis.
• Identify mule accounts, fraud patterns, and FIAT-to-Crypto abuse.
• Support account freeze/debit freeze actions.
• Conduct wallet tracing and fund flow analysis.
• Prepare investigation summaries and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely

Requirements:

• Understanding of AML/KYC and financial crime risk.
• Knowledge of crypto transactions and blockchain basics.
• Experience handling LEA or cyber fraud-related cases.
• Strong analytical and investigation skills.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in: Crypto Exchange, Banking Fraud Risk, AML Investigations, Cyber Crime Operations.
• Key Focus Areas: LEA Coordination, NCRP Reporting, Fraud Investigation, Mule Account Detection, FIAT-to-Crypto Monitoring, and Transaction Risk Analysis.
