Android Developer

We are looking for a skilled Android developer with strong expertise in Kotlin (multiplatform) to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance mobile applications and a solid understanding of modern Android architecture patterns.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced Android applications using Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Implement and maintain app architecture using MVVM / MVC.
• Optimise application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth app functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest Android trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Kotlin (multiplatform).
• Good knowledge of Java.
• Solid understanding of MVVM and MVC architecture patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Android SDK, UI/UX standards, and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, etc. )
• Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks (Dagger/Hilt/Koin).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cross-platform mobile development.
