Technical Account Manager

Job Description :

We are hiring a Technical Account Manager for a full remote role - work from anywhere in India. Must have strong QA experience and background. Manage multiple customers and solution activities. Liaison between Customer and Engineering.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Pre-Sales/Solution Capabilities

- QA Engineering

- Account Management

- Enterprise pre-sales & POCs

- CI/CD & test automation integrations

- RFP/security responses

- Escalation RCA & roadmap feedback

QA & Technical Expertise :

- Leverage strong QA Engineering and Software Testing expertise to understand customer environments and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Provide technical guidance on test automation, QA processes, testing frameworks, and quality engineering practices.

- Understand customer CI/CD pipelines and recommend appropriate test automation and CI/CD integrations.

- Participate in technical architecture and solution discussions with enterprise customers.

- Support technical troubleshooting and resolution of complex customer issues.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Strong professional experience in Technical Account Management, QA Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solutioning, or a combination of these areas.

- Strong QA / Quality Engineering background is mandatory.

- Hands-on understanding of software testing and test automation.

- Experience managing multiple enterprise customers or strategic accounts.

- Experience in enterprise pre-sales, solution consulting, and POCs.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD and test automation integrations.

- Experience handling RFPs, technical proposals, and security questionnaires/responses.

- Proven experience handling customer escalations and driving RCA.

- Strong client management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-oriented communication.
