Digital Optometry Product Lead (f/m/x)

Your Role

• Define clinical and technical requirements for online eye testing and centration

• Lead user journey design and integration, incl. commercialization models for online eye testing and centration; understand limitations and barriers and lead mitigation

• Drive product development and user validation

• Serve as interface between optometry experts, engineers and business units

• Oversee regulatory compliance and quality assurance

• Educate internal stakeholders and customers about product features and benefits

• Analyze user and data to guide product improvements

• Monitor global remote ophthalmology trends and seek to integrate solutions

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure product viability, desirability and seamless integration

Your Profile

• Strong project and program management skills, from scoping and planning to execution, risk management, and governance in multi-stakeholder environments; customer enablement and partner-facing work

• Solid understanding of retail operations and customer journeys, ideally in optical, healthcare, or premium consumer retail

• Ability to connect strategy and execution, translating strategic directions into clear workstreams, initiatives, and pilots

• Familiarity with omnichannel concepts and how digital and physical touchpoints reinforce each other in a B2B2C or retail context

• Experience with data-driven and continuous improvement approaches, including working with KPIs and qualitative feedback

• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with both external partners and internal senior stakeholders

• Hands-on approach with the ability to move from concept to action quickly and iterate in a dynamic environment

• High degree of accountability and ownership - able to own topics end-to-end, make decisions within scope, and deliver results independently in a dynamic environment

• Fluent in English; German and/or additional languages are an advantage.
