Ihre Rolle
- Unterstützung der Entwicklung bei neuen Projekten mit Fokus auf Machbarkeit optischer Komponenten unter Einhaltung von Qualität und Herstellkosten.
- Erstellung von Fertigungsunterlagen für die Produktion optischer Komponenten und Baugruppen unter Anwendung von PPS-Software.
- Planung der Fertigung von Vorrichtungen, Werkzeugen und Prüfmitteln.
- Kalkulation von Eigen- und Fremdfertigung.
- Analyse von Fertigungsprozessen hinsichtlich Zeitdaten und Qualitätssicherung; Durchführung der Prozessablaufplanung.
- Einsteuerung, Überwachung und Auswertung von Fertigungsversuchen bei Neuanläufen.
- Zuarbeit zum Controlling: Analyse von Herstellkostenabweichungen und eigenverantwortliche Erarbeitung sowie Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Kostensenkung.
- Unterstützung bei Reklamationsbearbeitung und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Fehlervermeidung.
Als Fertigungsplaner/in sind Sie das Bindeglied zwischen Entwicklung und Produktion und gestalten von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienreife maßgeblich mit. Dabei bringen Sie die Machbarkeit, Qualität und Kosten in Einklang und machen Visionen greifbar.
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem relevanten Fachbereich (z. B. Feinoptik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.
- Weiterbildungen wie Meister/in, Industriemeister/in, Techniker/in oder eine REFA-Grundausbildung sind wünschenswert; Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung in einem produzierenden Umfeld - idealerweise im Optikbereich - ist vorteilhaft.
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung in der Fertigung; Kenntnisse in Optik von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Arbeitsweise, Engagement und Lösungsorientierung bei komplexen Fertigungsprozessen.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Flexibilität und Leistungsbereitschaft.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office; idealerweise SAP/R3-Kenntnisse.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch fließend; gute Englischkenntnisse.
