Weareseekingan experiencedLead Developer- S alesforce to joinourtechnologyteam and drive the design, development, integration, deployment, and continuousimprovementof Salesforce solutions. This roleisideal for a hands-on technicalleaderwho enjoysbuildingscalableSalesforce applications, mentoringdevelopers, collaboratingwithcross-functionalstakeholders, and deliveringhigh-quality solutionsacrossSales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ

KeyResponsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development activitiesacrossconfiguration, customization,Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, automation, integrations, and platformenhancements.

• Design and deliverscalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performingSalesforce solutionsthatimproveuser experience and enableend-to-end businessprocesses.

• Translatebusinessrequirements intotechnicaldesigns, reusablecomponents, integrationpatterns, and implementationapproachesalignedwithplatformstandards.

• Providetechnicalleadershipto developersthroughmentoring, code reviews, design guidance, troubleshootingsupport, and enforcementof Salesforce developmentbestpractices.

• Work closelywitharchitects, businessanalysts, QA teams, productowners, and stakeholdersto estimatework, managedependencies, support testing, and deliverhigh-quality Salesforce releases.

• Contributeto release planning, deploymentvalidation, documentation, technicalgovernance, and continuousimprovementof Salesforce deliveryprocesses.

RequiredskillsandExperience

• 6+ yearsof hands-on Salesforce development experience, includingat least 2 yearsin a Lead Developer, Tech Lead,orsimilartechnicalleadershiprole.

• Strong experiencewithAgile delivery, Scrumpractices, DevOps processes, CI/CD, release governance, and tools such as JIRA.

• Experience withleveragingAI-powereddevelopmenttools to acceleratethe software developmentlifecycle, includingrequirements analysis, code generation, testing, documentation, and productivityoptimization, whileadheringto organizational guardrails, securitypolicies, compliancerequirements, data privacystandards, and responsibleAI usageguidelines.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforceand AI capabilities to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions, including AI agents, automation, prompt engineering, and integration with Salesforce platform services.

• Proven abilityto leadSalesforce developmentteams, conductcode reviews, mentordevelopers, manage technicalrisks, and ensuredeliveryquality.

• Strong practicalknowledgeof Salesforce platformcapabilities, includingconfiguration, customization, automation, security, data model, integrations, and scalablesolution design.

• Hands-on expertisein Apex, triggers, batchApex, scheduledApex, queueableApex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce developmentpatterns.

• Experience withdeclarativetools such as Flows, validationrules, approvalprocesses, profiles, permissionsets, roles, users, pagelayouts, recordtypes, and dynamicforms.

• Strong understandingof Salesforce objects, governorlimits, transactionboundaries, code coverage, performanceoptimization, securitymodel, sharingrules, and data visibilityconcepts.

• Experience withSalesforce developmenttools and deploymentutilities such as Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, Workbench, Data Import Wizard, metadatadeploymenttools, Copado, Bitbucket, and Git.

• Strong experiencein Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end developmentstandardswithintheSalesforce ecosystem.

• Goodknowledgeof Salesforce CPQ, includingproductconfiguration, pricing, quotingprocesses, customization, and integrationscenarios.

• Knowledge ofSalesforce Experience Cloud, includingcustomerand partnerportals, useraccess, branding, navigation, and portal-specificdevelopmentconsiderations.

• Experience withREST and SOAP APIs, middlewareintegrations, platformevents, outboundmessages, connectedapps, authenticationmechanisms, and integrationerror-handling patterns.

• Ability to collaboratewithbusinessusers, productowners, architects, QA teams, and cross-functionalstakeholdersto clarifyrequirements, support UAT, plan releases, and providepost-release support.

• Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills, withthe abilityto workindependently

• Preferred Qualifications and Attributes

• Bachelor’sorMaster’s degreein Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, ora relateddiscipline.

• Salesforce certificationssuch as PlatformDeveloper I/II, Administrator, PlatformApp Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, orCPQ Specialistarepreferred.

• Experience workingin global, distributed, orcross-culturalteams.

• Strong ownershipmindset, collaborativeworkingstyle, and abilityto leadby examplewithina technicaldeliveryteam.

• Good communicationskills, includingspeaking, writing, presentation, and stakeholderinteraction.
