Ihre Rolle

  • Sicherstellung der höchstmöglichen Verfügbarkeit aller produktionsrelevanten Anlagen in den Produktionsschichten

  • Inspektion, Fehlersuche, Reparatur und vorbeugende Instandhaltung entsprechend den Wartungsplänen der Anlagen und der dazugehörigen Dokumentation.

  • Anpassung und Erstellung von Dokumenten für Anlagen, einschließlich Wartungsanweisungen, SOPs und Inspektionschecklisten

  • Optimierung der Maschinenanfälligkeiten und Definition der benötigten Ersatzteile sowie Koordination mit externen Wartungsfirmen im Haus.

  • Erfahrungen und Potentiale zur Kostenreduzierung durch Eigenleistung sammeln und dokumentieren

  • Erstellen von Bestellanträgen und Einholung von Angeboten für notwendige Dienstleistungen, Ersatzteile, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Neuanschaffungen

  • Unterstützung des Engineering-Teams bei der Projektumsetzung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in den Bereichen Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich

  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie eine systematische und zielorientierte Vorgehensweise bei der Lösung von Problemen

  • MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse

  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) erwünscht

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
