Als Studierende in unserem Team unterstützt du sowohl strategische als auch operative Initiativen und erhältst Einblicke in globale Themen rund um Talent und Performance. Wir glauben daran, unsere Praktikanten zu befähigen - Du wirst nicht nur beobachten, sondern aktiv beitragen.

Bei folgenden Aufgaben wirst Du mitwirken:

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Workshops und Trainings

  • Unterstützung unseres Teams in vielfältigen, globalen Projekten

  • Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, Kommunikationsunterlagen, Videos und anderen zukunftsgerichteten Formaten für unsere unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen

  • Übernahme spannender Recherche-Arbeiten für Konzepte oder neue, innovative Personalentwicklungsthemen und direkte Unterstützung bei Ausgestaltung & Rollout

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Du absolvierst ein Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Organisationspsychologie, Personalwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich

  • Verfügbarkeit: Praktikumsdauer von mindestens 4 Monaten (idealerweise 6 Monate) um dir einen umfassenden Einblick in den Bereich zu gewähren und eine hohe Lernkurve sicherzustellen

  • Know-how: Erste Praxiserfahrungen im Bereich HR bzw. Personalentwicklung wünschenswert

  • Motivation: Du hast Interesse in den HR- Bereich mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalentwicklung zu schnuppern und hast den Mut, neue oder unbekannte Themen eigenständig anzupacken

  • Arbeitsweise: sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

  • Sprachen: sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die tägliche Arbeit
