Deine Rolle

Bei uns hast Du die Möglichkeit, Studium und Praxis optimal miteinander zu verbinden und aktiv an spannenden Projekten mitzuarbeiten. So sammelst Du wertvolle Erfahrungen, baust Dein Netzwerk auf und entwickelst Dich sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich weiter.

  • Unterstützung der Geräte-Hotline und bei der Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen

  • Mitarbeit beiSoftware-Updates und Systemaktualisierungen von Geräten sowie Begleitung und Nachverfolgung von Update-Prozessen

  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation von Vorgängen und Lösungen

  • Erstellung, Pflege und Sicherstellung von Reports und Auswertungen

  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse

  • Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bei administrativen Tätigkeiten und Projekten

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Schnittstellen und Fachbereichen

Dein Profil

  • Aktuelles Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Elektrotechnik, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang und eine ausgeprägte technische Affinität

  • Interesse an technischen Themen und digitalen Lösungen

  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowieTeamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel von Vorteil)

  • Erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice oder technischen Umfeld sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
