Deine Rolle

Bei uns hast Du die Möglichkeit, Studium und Praxis optimal miteinander zu verbinden und aktiv an spannenden Projekten mitzuarbeiten. So sammelst Du wertvolle Erfahrungen, baust Dein Netzwerk auf und entwickelst Dich sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich weiter.

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Instandhaltung und Equipment Management

  • Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen zwischen Betreibern, Produktion und Instandhaltung

  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung standardisierter Abläufe für Störungen, Änderungsanforderungen und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

  • Unterstützung bei der Aufnahme und Dokumentation von Anforderungen unterschiedlicher Stakeholder

  • Vorbereitung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Workshops und Projektmeetings

  • Verfolgung von Maßnahmen, Meilensteinen und Projektfortschritten

  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Managementunterlagen

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Einführung von Kennzahlen und Reportings

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und standortübergreifenden Teams

Dein Profil

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Technologiemanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

  • Interesse an Projektmanagement, Prozessoptimierung und technischen Zusammenhängen

  • Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
