Ihre Rolle

  • Vertreter des Qualitätsmanagements der Carl Zeiss Jena GmbH und Tochterunternehmen; enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen

  • Mitwirkung bei Lieferantenfreigabe, -qualifizierung, -bewertung und -entwicklung; Vereinbarungen/Standards mit Lieferanten ausarbeiten und deren Einhaltung sicherstellen

  • Festlegung von Qualitätskonzepten und Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung/Verbesserung

  • Methodische Begleitung der Lieferantenentwicklung; Ableitung und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen

  • Weiterentwicklung der Prüfplanung; systematische Überwachung der Anlieferqualität

  • Analyse von Lieferantenkennzahlen; Ableitung und Implementierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen; ideal: Feinwerktechnik/Mechatronik/Maschinenbau/Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitäts- oder Supply-Chain-Management in internationalem Umfeld; Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten

  • Expertise in Qualitätsmethoden (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5-Why) und internationale Lieferantenaudits

  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; SAP-Kenntnisse, QM-Modul vorteilhaft

  • Professionelles Auftreten, Durchsetzungsstärke, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; hohe Koordinations- und Teamfähigkeit; Bereitschaft zur internationaler Mobilität
