• Drive sales, collections, and revenue for assigned customers, primarily chain stores and individual optical outlets within the allocated territory.optometrists.
• Manage channel partners and distribution networks to ensure market coverage and business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competition activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure timely collections and adherence to company processes and policies

• Graduate from a recognized university, preferably with a Science background.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in consumer products / optical / FMCG / FMCD sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.

• Proven capability in channel and distribution management.

• Comfortable having meaningful, technical discussions with ophthalmologists.

• Ability to understand specialty products and work effectively in niche market segments.

• Self-driven and result-oriented, with strong planning and analytical skills.

• Customer-focused, agile, and responsive to market dynamics and customer needs.

• Flexible to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
