• Drive sales, collections, and revenue for assigned customers, primarily chain stores and individual

optical outlets within the allocated territory. optometrists.

• Manage channel partners and distribution networks to ensure market coverage and business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competition activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure timely collections and adherence to company processes and policies.
• Activate new customer accounts and grow business with existing customers by increasing share of

wallet.

• Execute consultative selling, understanding customer needs and positioning appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with opticians, store owners and optometrists.
• Manage channel partners and distribution networks to ensure market coverage and business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competition activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure timely collections and adherence to company processes and policies.
• Graduate from a recognized university, preferably with a science background.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in consumer products / optical / FMCG / FMCD sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Proven capability in channel and distribution management.
• Comfortable having meaningful, technical discussions with optometrists.
• Ability to understand specialty products and work effectively in niche market segments.
• Self-driven and result-oriented, with strong planning and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused, agile, and responsive to market dynamics and customer needs.
• Flexible to travel extensively within the assigned territory
