Senior Project Manager, XRX

Key Responsibilities/工作职责

• Own the end-to-end PMO management of all XRX China customer projects, covering project intake, prioritization, planning, milestone tracking, issue escalation, risk control, change management and executive reporting.
• Build and maintain a transparent project portfolio view for different customers and business models; define project roadmap, success criteria, key deliverables, decision gates and resource requirements based on business priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with R&D, production, product, marketing, business development, market team, supply chain and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timeline, cost, quality and customer commitments.
• Drive customer business model validation and commercialization readiness, including demand clarification, feasibility assessment, pilot design, launch preparation, supply readiness and post-pilot performance review.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks and resource conflicts proactively; facilitate decision-making with project sponsors and leadership teams, and initiate corrective actions to maximize project success.
• Establish standard PMO mechanisms, tools and documentation in English and Chinese, including project charters, WBS, milestone plans, RAID logs, KPI dashboards, meeting cadence, steering committee materials and lessons learned.
• 全面负责XRX中国客户项目的端到端PMO管理，包括项目立项承接、优先级排序、项目规划、里程碑跟踪、问题升级、风险控制、变更管理及管理层汇报;
• 建立并维护不同客户及不同商业模式的项目组合视图，基于业务优先级定义项目路线图、成功标准、关键交付物、决策节点及资源需求;
• 协同研发、生产、产品、营销、业务拓展、市场、供应链及全球相关团队推进跨职能执行，确保项目范围、时间、成本、质量及客户承诺保持一致;
• 推动客户商业模式验证及商业化准备工作，包括需求澄清、可行性评估、试点设计、上市准备、供应保障及试点后绩效复盘;
• 主动识别项目风险、瓶颈及资源冲突，协同项目发起人及管理团队推动决策，并制定纠偏措施以最大化项目成功率;
• 建立标准化PMO机制、工具及中英文项目文档，包括项目章程、WBS、里程碑计划、RAID日志、KPI看板、会议节奏、Steering Committee材料及经验复盘。

Education /教育背景

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Optics, Electronics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields.
• Master’s degree, interdisciplinary background combining engineering / technology and business / management is strongly preferred.
• 本科及以上学历，工程、光学、电子、信息技术、工商管理、项目管理或相关专业;
• 硕士学历, 具备工程/技术与商业/管理复合背景者优先。

Experience /经验

• 8+ years of professional project / program / PMO management experience, with proven successful delivery records in complex cross-functional technical and commercial projects.
• Strong experience in managing project portfolios, business model validation or customer-specific commercial pilots; able to translate customer requirements into clear project scope, milestones, resources, risks and measurable business outcomes.
• Solid experience working with R&D, production, product, marketing, business development, market access / market team, supply chain and other internal functions to drive end-to-end project execution.
• Working experience in AR/VR, smart glasses, smart wearable devices, consumer electronics, optics, medical device or global technology / hardware environment is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Chinese; confident in conducting fully English-based business meetings, stakeholder alignment, project documentation and cross-border collaboration.
• 拥有8年以上专业项目/项目群/PMO管理经验，具备复杂跨职能技术及商业化项目成功交付案例;
• 具备项目组合管理、商业模式验证或客户定制化商业试点推进经验，能够将客户需求转化为清晰的项目范围、里程碑、资源计划、风险管理及可衡量业务结果;
• 具备与研发、生产、产品、营销、业务拓展、市场、供应链等内部职能团队协同推进端到端项目落地的经验;
• 有AR/VR、智能眼镜、智能穿戴、消费电子、光学、医疗器械或全球科技/硬件企业工作经历者优先;
• 优秀中英双语书面及口头沟通能力，可独立开展全英文商务会议、各方需求对齐、项目文档撰写及跨境协作工作。

• Strong project governance capability: project charter, WBS, milestone planning, issue / risk / change management, KPI dashboard and executive reporting.
• Strong business acumen, structured problem solving, stakeholder influencing and driving-for-results mindset; able to make sound decisions under ambiguity and mobilize resources without direct authority.
• Background in smart wearable devices, smart glasses, consumer electronics, optics or medical technology industry is preferred.
• PMP, IPMA or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

• 持有PMP、IPMA或同等效力项目管理专业证书者优先。
