Ihre Rolle:

  • Verantwortung übernehmen: Sie betreuen und entwickeln unsere Kunden strategisch weiter in bestehenden und neuen Märkten

  • Gemeinsam Lösungen finden: Sie erarbeiten mit dem Kunden gemeinsam Lösungen für deren Produkte in engen Austausch mit Produktspezialisten und Produktmanagement

  • Verhandeln auf Augenhöhe: Sie führen technische und kaufmännische Gespräche mit Entscheidern auf Management- und Engineering-Ebene - von der Anfrage bis zum Vertragsabschluss

  • Auftreten und überzeugen: Sie präsentieren unser Produktportfolio auf internationalen Fachmessen und Konferenzen und illustrieren, wie diese Technologien Anwendung finden

  • Durch ihre Vielseitigkeit und Innovationskraft tragen sie entscheidend zur langfristigen Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung bei

  • Im Team wirken: In Ihrer Rolle als Key Account Manager sind Sie ein zentraler Akteur in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

  • Sie fördern den Informationsfluss und die Koordination zwischen verschiedenen Teams wie beispielsweise Produktmanagement und Kundenprojektmanagement

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Physik, Chemie, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Qualifikation - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Optik oder Laser

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen B2B-Vertrieb oder Key Account Management oder technischem Projektmanagement

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Entscheidungsstrukturen in größeren Organisationen und Freude an technischen Fragestellungen

  • Verbindliches Auftreten, klare Kommunikation und gutes Gespür für Markt- und Kundenpotenziale

  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20 %) für Kundentermine und internationale Veranstaltungen

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
