Die Shared Production Unit (Carl Zeiss Jena GmbH) ist die gemeinsame Produktionseinheit und Teil einer globalen Unternehmensgruppe von ZEISS. Wir produzieren Schlüsselkomponenten für unsere ZEISS Sparten und sind damit der Befähiger und die Hand des Pioniers. Mit uns werden kreative Ideen verlässlich umgesetzt, um das bestmögliche Ergebnis für unsere Kunden zu erzielen.

Wir sind derzeit auf der Suche nach mehreren qualifizierten Fachkräften zur Unterstützung in den Bereichen Drehen, Fräsen und Schleifen (u.a. auch Rundschleifen).

Ihre Rolle

  • Auf- und Abrüsten von CNC-gesteuerten Bearbeitungszentren

  • Bestücken der Maschinen und nachfolgende Qualitätsprüfung der gefertigten Bauteile

  • Bedienung und Programmierung von CNC-Maschinen zur Herstellung von Präzisionsbauteilen

  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen mit verschiedenen Prüf- und Messmitteln, einschließlich Koordinatenmessmaschinen

  • Zusammenarbeit im Team zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produktionsabläufe und Problemlösung

  • Anfertigen von Vorrichtungen nach Zeichnung, Skizze oder Absprache

Ihr Profil

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/x) oder eine vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung.

  • Berufserfahrung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/x)

  • gute Anwenderkenntnisse in CNC- Steuerungssystemen (z.B. Siemens Celos oder 840D)

  • Teamfähigkeit und eine sichere wie sorgfältige Arbeitsweise bei Teilen mit sehr hoher Präzision, sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und die Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und gelegentlicher Wochenendarbeit
