Why we are hiring

We are currently looking for a new member to join our Data Analysis Team, which handles data processing, organization, and automation related to product exports. This position has opened due to a vacancy. The main responsibility will be to support business process improvement through the analysis of logistics data and its integration into our systems. As our e-commerce business continues to grow rapidly, the volume of data we manage is also increasing significantly. This team plays a critical role in technically supporting our core export operations, and your contribution will have a direct impact on the efficiency and productivity of the entire business. We are seeking someone who can leverage data and logical thinking to accelerate the company's growth.

Main Duties

This position is focused on supporting our logistics operations-delivering products overseas via our e-commerce sites-through data analysis, process improvement, and automation.

‧ Logistics Data Analysis & Utilization

∟ Organize and process large volumes of logistics and export data.

∟ Create analysis reports and dashboards to identify business challenges and propose process improvements.

‧ Data Infrastructure Development & Maintenance

∟ Research and manage HS codes and classification systems required for export.

∟ Explore efficient solutions by incorporating new technologies (e.g., Generative AI).

‧ Cross-Department Collaboration & Research

∟ Work closely with the logistics department to understand on-site challenges and needs.

∟ Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the site's search functionality.

∟ Research international regulations and tools, integrating relevant updates into operations.

Today, our platform has over 2 million registered users, is available in 19 languages, and serves customers in over 181 countries across six continents-delivering Japanese products to the world.

Working Hours

Standard working hours: 9:15 AM - 6:15 PM (8 working hours / 1 hour break)

Flextime available: Start work anytime between 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM, with up to 2 hours of break time per day.

*Standard working hours apply during the initial training period (approx. 2 months).

Job Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Native or native-level Japanese speaker
• Professional experience with occupational health and mental well-being programs
• Experience in HR operations and labor compliance experience

Preferred Skills

• Occupational Health and Mental Health-Related Certifications
• Other practical counseling experience (e.g. education, healthcare, welfare, or judicial)
• English proficiency (TOEIC 850 points or higher)

• Ability to reflect on own behavior and biases The assessment team is involved with many internal meetings with employees. Successful candidates must understand and be aware of the impact of their actions and comments and to reflect on them regularly.
• Understanding of corporate compliance and commitment to upholding company policies A solid understanding of corporate compliance and a strong commitment to following rules are essential. The Assessment Team and Compliance Desk work closely together to ensure consistent standards across the organization.
• Data processing skills Data processing and analysis are essential for managing employee records, supporting regular evaluations, and administering internal surveys.

Selection Process

• First Interview - Hiring Team (45-60 mins, online or in-person) *Logic test + practical test (Tests excluded for online interviews)
• Second interview - (45-60 mins, in-person required) *Travel Reimbursement up to ¥27,000 available for applicants outside the Kansai region *Logic Test + practical test (If not completed during the first interview)
• Third Interview - HR Planning Team (45-60 mins, online or in-person) *Company culture test

Salary

JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 3500K - JPY 4000K

Other Salary Description

260,000~290,000,¥~Monthly (Based on previous experience and ability)

• Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)
• Salary evaluation: Once a year
• 3 Month probationary period (salary same as above)

Estimated salary in year 1: 3.6M~4.1M

• Overtime (paid by minute)
• Transportation allowance (Up to ¥30,000/month)
