As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading our engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid technical background, enabling them to drive projects from conception to completion while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

The Job - Engineering Manager
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career development.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Implement best practices in engineering processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
- 5-10 years of experience in engineering management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and projects.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
