As an EWA Business Development Manager at ZenHR, you will be responsible for growing and managing our Earned Wage Access (EWA) business. You will build strong relationships with existing customers, drive product adoption, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and provide insights that support business growth and customer success.

What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all active Earned Wage Access (EWA) customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand EWA adoption across their organizations.
- Act as the internal connector across departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on all EWA-related initiatives, customer needs, and operational processes.
- Present the EWA solution to prospective and existing customers, demonstrating its value and supporting business growth opportunities.
- Manage and nurture the existing EWA customer portfolio, driving engagement, retention, and product utilization.
- Prepare and present EWA usage reports, customer insights, and sales pipeline analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to continuously enhance the EWA customer experience.
- Identify customer challenges, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor customer adoption metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve product performance and customer engagement.
- Represent ZenHR and EWA at customer meetings, industry events, and relevant business forums.
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Sales (experience in FinTech, HR Tech, SaaS, or financial services is a strong plus).
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage enterprise customers and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent Arabic and professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable preparing reports, analyzing customer usage data, and presenting business insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Able to work effectively with multiple internal departments to drive customer success and operational excellence.
- Traits: A proactive problem solver, strong communicator, highly organized, customer-centric, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer
experiences.
