  • Develop, enhance, and maintain applications on the IBM AS400 (iSeries) platform.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Design, code, test, and implement RPG-based applications.
  • Perform production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Develop and optimize DB2/400 database queries and stored procedures.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, and security compliance

  • Exposure to core banking systems such as FIS Equation, retail lending, deposits, and payments processing.

  • Strong experience in RPGLE, ILE RPG, CLLE, and CL Programming.
  • Hands-on experience with DB2/400 and SQL.
  • Experience with Query/400, SDA, RLU, DFU.
  • Good understanding of AS400 architecture, job scheduling, and system utilities.
  • Experience in debugging and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of Change Management/Version Control tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
