Zensar Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead to own the quality assurance and DevSecOps practice for its Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFDC) platform. The role blends hands-on manual testing, advanced test automation, and security integration to ensure robust, scalable e-commerce solutions for our global clients.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for SFDC e-commerce applications.
- Lead manual testing efforts, including functional, regression, and UAT for Salesforce solutions.
- Integrate security testing tools and practices into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
- Collaborate with product, development, and security teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers, fostering best practices in automation and security testing.
- Create and manage test data, environments, and test scripts for end-to-end e-commerce workflows.
- Monitor test execution, analyze results, and drive defect triage and resolution.
- Implement performance and load testing for high-traffic e-commerce scenarios.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (PCI DSS, GDPR) through security test coverage.
- Continuously improve testing processes, reporting, and metrics to enhance product quality.
- 8-10 years of experience in QA automation and manual testing for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFDC).
- Strong expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Protractor, Apex Test Execution).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab) and DevSecOps tooling.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce workflows, payment gateways, and cart management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience integrating security testing (SAST, DAST, OWASP) into automated pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor QA teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Tester, ISTQB, DevSecOps) are a plus.
