- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of design patterns, OOP principles, and data structures.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop scalable and high-performance Microservices architectures.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data persistence and optimization.
- Implement secure coding practices and application security standards.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, product owners, and QA teams.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure application quality.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and support release activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on Java backend development experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
