  • Lead mobilization, discovery, due diligence, solution handover, onboarding, operational readiness, and transition-to-run activities.

  • Translate contractual scope, solution assumptions, customer commitments, and delivery obligations into a practical execution plan.

  • Define and manage stage gates, entry and exit criteria, governance forums, escalation routes, and transition controls.

  • Ensure transition plans are realistic, dependency-led, and aligned with customer timelines, delivery readiness, and agreed outcomes.

Knowledge Transfer and Operational Readiness

  • Plan, coordinate, and track Knowledge Transfer across cloud, infrastructure, network, workplace, security, monitoring, tools, and service management workstreams.

  • Ensure required documentation is created, reviewed, baselined, and signed off, including SOPs, runbooks, architecture diagrams, access inventories, support models, escalation matrices, and service catalogs.

  • Run readiness reviews covering people, process, technology, tools, reporting, governance, compliance, and customer acceptance requirements.

  • Track KT completion, documentation gaps, open risks, pending actions, and sign-offs through structured dashboards and governance forums.

Governance, Reporting and Stakeholder Management

  • Drive daily and weekly execution rhythm across workstreams, ensuring milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions are actively tracked and closed.

  • Lead governance reviews with customer stakeholders, account teams, practice leaders, delivery teams, PMO, quality, and technical tower owners.

  • Prepare clear status reports for working groups, steering committees, and leadership reviews, covering progress, risks, decisions, financial or delivery dependencies, and next steps.

  • Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, milestone dashboards, dependency trackers, escalation notes, and governance packs with strong ownership discipline.

  • Build confidence with customers through transparent reporting, early escalation, and consistent follow-through.

  • Drive mitigation plans with clear owners, target dates, decision points, and escalation paths.

  • Manage transition-related scope clarifications, dependency impacts, change requests, assumptions, and issue resolutions in coordination with PMO, account teams, and delivery owners.

  • Escalate critical blockers early with facts, options, recommendations, and business impact.

Go-Live, Hypercare and Stabilization

  • Plan and facilitate go-live readiness reviews, go/no-go checkpoints, operational handovers, and service acceptance discussions.

  • Coordinate cutover readiness, access readiness, monitoring readiness, reporting setup, ITSM integration, escalation readiness, and support model activation.

  • Lead hypercare governance after go-live and track early-life service performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, operational thresholds, and customer expectations.

  • Ensure clean handover to steady-state operations with accepted deliverables, closed documentation, agreed open actions, and clear ownership.

Transformation and Continuous Improvement

  • Support transformation initiatives linked to transition, including automation, tool consolidation, cloud modernization, operating model improvement, process standardization, and service management maturity uplift.

  • Work with practice and delivery teams to identify improvement opportunities during transition and stabilization.

  • Ensure transformation outcomes are measurable, tracked, and aligned to customer priorities and Zensar delivery commitments.
