This role is focused on Quality Assurance (QA) testing for Manhattan Active Omni (MAO), ensuring that end-to-end retail order management processes such as order orchestration, inventory management, fulfillment, returns, and system integrations function correctly. The QA professional will perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing, with a strong emphasis on validating MAO workflows, APIs, and integrations with eCommerce, WMS, and ERP systems. Candidates with hands-on MAO experience and strong API testing skills using tools like Postman are preferred.
- 3-6 years of QA experience with 2+ years in Manhattan Active Omni testing.
- Strong knowledge of retail and omnichannel processes
- Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.
- Proficiency in API testing (Postman), and defect tracking tools (JIRA).
- Validate MAO order lifecycle, inventory, fulfillment, payment and customer service workflows.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Omni.
- Exposure to MAO APIs, and cloud-based applications.
- Automation testing experience is a plus.
Priority: Candidates with Manhattan Active Omni testing experience and strong API/integration testing expertise.
