Working at ZenteiQ
ZenteiQ is building agentic, Generative AI-powered systems - from ingestion and chunking through vector search, message passing, and orchestration - that need to run not as demos but as production infrastructure people depend on. The platform systems, powered by our Scientific Foundation Model, are designed to be used by a wide range of consumers, from government to industry and academia. We move at the pace of a company still shaping what it's becoming - priorities shift as products and customers teach us what matters. Decisions are made close to the work, by whoever's closest to the problem, not routed through layers of sign-off. You'll sit across multiple product teams (AhamX, KogneX, BrahmX, and others), which means your job is coordination and judgment, not paperwork for its own sake.
What You'll Do
- Own program management across Engineering - track releases against roadmaps and close the gap when they drift apart • Drive progress reporting that gives leadership and product teams insights into current status and required course corrections
- Own release packaging and distribution - making sure what ships is what was actually meant to ship, on the right channel, at the right time
- Own release documentation and release notes - clear enough that engineering, support, and customers all understand what changed and why • Identify cross-team dependencies and risks early enough to act on them, not just report on them after the fact
- Run the cadence that keeps engineering, product, and leadership aligned, without adding process overhead • Push back on scope, timelines, or process when they threaten a release - even when that's an uncomfortable conversation
What We're Looking For
Must have:
- 7+ years of experience in program or release management, ideally spanning multiple engineering teams or products at once
- Direct, hands-on experience owning release packaging, distribution, and documentation
- Leverage PM tools to reconcile roadmap commitments against actual release progress and surface the gap before it becomes a crisis
- Strong stakeholder management - ability to communicate, negotiate with, and influence engineering, product, leadership, and external clients / vendors
- Clear, direct communicator, strong on collaboration and accountability
- Hands-on experience with tracking systems like JIRA / Zoho Projects / Microsoft Projects
Good to have:
- Experience in a startup or deep-tech environment where roadmaps shift often
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models, trained in PMP / Six Sigma
- Exposure to engineering concepts (APIs, deployments, CI/CD) - enough to understand what a release actually involves
- Experience setting up program management practices from scratch, rather than inheriting a mature process
