Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in technology development and implementation, as well as a deep understanding of emerging technologies and trends.
Profile Summary:
- Position - Technical Lead
- Experience - 8 to 10 Years
- Location - Jaipur (On-site) (5 Days a Week)
- Notice Period - up to 45 Days.
- Job-Type - Fulltime/ Permanent
Roles & Resposibilities:
Technical Expertise:
- Strong technical background with expertise in software development, deployment, testing, administration and architecture,
- Should have at least 2+ years of experience in team-leading/ project leading.
- Hands on expertise of at least 4 Years into Full Stack / MERN Stack Developemnt.
- Should have worked on projects of at least one following combination with minimum 2 Years of experience:
a) Python along with Django
b) C# along with dot net (.NET)
c) PHP along with Laravel
- Candidates having a working knowledge of application development using React Native will be preferred.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Oversees assigned technical team withing the given projects and assignments.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure software solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technological needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic guidance and insights on technology-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or project management methodologies are desirable.
