Marketing Manager (SG)

Lead Zenyum Singapore’s integrated marketing engine, combining content marketing, offline activations and brand building to strengthen our position as the most loved Smile Cosmetics brand in Singapore. Based out of Singapore, you will own the full spectrum of marketing activities-from digital acquisition to offline experiences-ensuring that every touchpoint delivers smiles and drives growth.

Responsabilidades

Growth

• Translate regional strategy into localized channel plans to consistently deliver monthly targets.
• Strengthen organic levers (SEO, CRM, social, partnerships) while diversifying acquisition channels.
• Drive rigorous testing and funnel optimisation to maximise ROAS and reduce CAC.

Brand Building

• Build brand recall through integrated campaigns across KOLs, content marketing, PR, CRM, and paid media.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.

Offline Marketing

• Lead offline initiatives (e.g., pop-up activations) to generate awareness and customer acquisition.
• Integrate offline experiences seamlessly with online campaigns to reinforce brand presence.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner closely with HQ and the global VP Marketing to align business and marketing objectives.
• Work with local Sales Ops, Partnerships, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution across the funnel.
• Mentor and grow junior marketers, fostering a culture of ownership, data-driven decision-making, and creativity.

Analytics

• Monitor performance KPIs, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarks to guide marketing investments.
• Prepare and present marketing performance reports to leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.

Requisitos

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in high-growth consumer brands (FMCG, e-commerce, health/beauty).
• Proven track record in end-to-end integrated marketing planning and flawless execution, with a strong grasp of both online and offline activations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and moving fast.
• Data-driven, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both internally and externally.
