Zeta Global is an American marketing technology company founded in 2007 by former Apple chief executive John Sculley and David Steinberg, built around the idea that a marketing platform is only as good as the identity data underneath it. It combines a customer data platform, campaign orchestration across email, messaging and paid channels, and its own consumer data set covering hundreds of millions of individuals, sold mainly to consumer brands, retailers, financial services and healthcare. Headquartered in New York and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, it competes with both the marketing clouds of larger software vendors and with agency holding companies.

Zeta is building the UK as a priority growth market and the blueprint for future EMEA expansion.

The Field Marketer, UK will sit at the centre of the UK growth strategy, helping turn commercial priorities into high-quality customer, executive and market activity.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role working directly with the President, UK and partnering closely with Customer Growth, Enterprise Sales, ABM & Customer Marketing and Global Marketing.

The successful candidate will own the execution of Zeta’s UK field marketing programme while also helping coordinate the operating rhythm required to keep priority customer, market and leadership initiatives moving.

We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, commercially minded, comfortable around senior executives and customers, and able to move seamlessly between strategic priorities and detailed execution.

The Mandate

Turn UK commercial priorities into exceptional customer and market execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UK Field Marketing Execution

  • Own the execution of the UK field marketing calendar across existing customers and selected enterprise prospects
  • Deliver high-quality customer events, executive dinners, roundtables, conferences and industry programmes
  • Coordinate UK customer roadshows across priority strategic accounts
  • Partner with the ABM & Customer Marketing to translate account and campaign strategies into field activity
  • Work closely with the VP, Customer Growth and VP, Enterprise Sales to prioritise activity around the highest-value customer and pipeline opportunities
  • Ensure every field programme has a clear commercial objective, target audience and follow-up plan
  • Manage event logistics, venues, suppliers, invitations, attendee experience and execution

Strategic Customer & Executive Engagement

  • Coordinate executive customer meetings and roadshows across Zeta’s priority UK accounts
  • Ensure account teams are properly prepared with customer objectives, stakeholder maps, relevant materials and desired outcomes
  • Coordinate participation from senior Zeta executives and specialist teams
  • Help create consistently high-quality experiences for senior customers engaging with Zeta
  • Track follow-up actions from strategic customer meetings and ensure ownership is clear
  • Maintain visibility of upcoming customer milestones, renewals, roadshows and executive engagement opportunities

Support the UK Strategic Account Programme

  • Help coordinate the operating cadence around Zeta’s priority UK customers
  • Maintain visibility of key account milestones, actions, dependencies and executive engagement
  • Ensure relevant teams are aligned ahead of important customer meetings
  • Partner with Key Account Directors, Sales, Strategy and Solution Consulting to ensure actions are followed through
  • Help connect customer programmes, events and executive engagement back to strategic account plans
  • Support the development of customer advocacy, lighthouse stories and reference opportunities

UK Market Development

  • Execute Zeta’s UK programme of customer and market-development activity
  • Coordinate industry sponsorships, conferences, executive dinners and selected partnerships
  • Support programmes designed to strengthen Zeta’s visibility with senior UK enterprise buyers
  • Develop strong working relationships with relevant agencies, partners, venues and industry organisations
  • Work with ABM & Customer Marketing to ensure field activity supports both:
    • Existing-customer retention and expansion
    • Selective new-logo pipeline

Commercial Follow-Through

  • Ensure field activity translates into clear commercial actions rather than ending at the event
  • Coordinate post-event follow-up with sellers and Key Account Directors
  • Ensure relevant engagement is captured in Salesforce
  • Maintain visibility of opportunities, meetings and actions generated through field activity
  • Partner with Marketing Operations on reporting and measurement
  • Track programme outcomes and provide clear recommendations on where UK investment should be increased, changed or stopped

UK Leadership & Operating Cadence

  • Work closely with the President, UK to help maintain momentum against the highest-priority UK initiatives
  • Coordinate key UK leadership meetings, customer reviews and operating cadences
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials and meeting packs for priority customer and internal meetings
  • Maintain clear action logs, decisions, owners and timelines
  • Follow through with cross-functional teams to ensure agreed actions are completed
  • Help identify emerging blockers or dependencies and surface them early
  • Coordinate key milestones across Customer Growth, Sales, Marketing, Product and other shared functions
  • Support preparation for executive presentations and business reviews
  • Help maintain structure and focus across a fast-moving UK growth programme

Executive Coordination

  • Coordinate complex customer and leadership scheduling where required
  • Support planning for executive travel, roadshows and customer-facing programmes
  • Ensure the President, UK and participating executives have the right information ahead of key meetings
  • Anticipate logistical and operational requirements around priority customer and business activity
  • Help protect senior leadership time by ensuring meetings are well structured, prepared and followed through

Success Measures

Success will be measured through:

  • Quality and execution of UK customer and field programmes
  • Executive attendance and engagement across priority accounts
  • Contribution of field activity to customer expansion and new-logo pipeline
  • Customer roadshow effectiveness
  • Account follow-through and completion of agreed actions
  • Strong alignment across UK commercial teams
  • Effective management of the UK field marketing calendar and budget
  • Accurate tracking of customer and market-development activity in Salesforce
  • Timely execution of priority UK initiatives
  • Strong feedback from customers, executives and internal stakeholders

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working within SaaS, technology, MarTech or another enterprise B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of how field marketing contributes to pipeline and customer growth
  • Excellent programme and project management capability
  • Experience delivering executive-level customer experiences
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Confidence working directly with senior executives and enterprise customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating complex cross-functional programmes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience working within a global or matrixed organisation
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and modern marketing tools
  • Strong commercial judgement and an instinct for what matters most

Personal Characteristics

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is highly proactive and anticipates what needs to happen next
  • Creates order and momentum in a fast-moving environment
  • Is comfortable moving between high-level priorities and detailed execution
  • Has excellent judgement and discretion
  • Builds trusted relationships quickly
  • Is calm under pressure
  • Takes ownership rather than waiting for instruction
  • Holds themselves and others to high standards of follow-through
  • Enjoys being at the centre of a growing business
  • Is collaborative, low ego and highly dependable

The Outcome

By the end of 2027, this person should have helped establish a disciplined UK field and customer-engagement engine that:

creates exceptional customer experiences, strengthens executive relationships, supports customer growth and pipeline, and ensures the UK commercial strategy is translated into consistent execution.
