Senior Software Engineer (Generalist)

Zeya is the AI operations layer for healthcare clinics across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Australia. 75+ providers run on us today, and we're growing 25% month over month. That growth throws off a constant stream of hard problems - and we're hiring a senior generalist engineer who can be pointed at any of them and figure it out.

This isn't a narrow lane. One week you're untangling a gnarly data pipeline, the next you're making something 10x faster, the next you're designing a system no one here has built before. We hand you genuinely hard problems and the freedom to solve them your way.

What you'll own

• Whatever the hardest problem of the week is - across backend, infra, data, and agents
• Building end to end and shipping to live clinics fast
• Going as deep as you need into anything unfamiliar to crack the problem in front of you

What we're looking for

• An insane problem solver - you get a kick out of the hard ones
• Strong fundamentals and the ability to go from zero to working solution fast
• Comfortable being dropped into unfamiliar territory and coming out with a shipped result
• 3+ years building real software preferred - though we weight how you think over the years on your résumé
• Plus points if you rank well in competitive programming (Codeforces, ICPC, or similar) - we love people who think fast and love hard problems
