About the Team

This position is part of ZF’s ADAS & HPC business, which is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation within the advanced automotive technology space. The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.

What you can look forward to as an Account Manager:

• Manage assigned OEM and key customer accounts to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets
• Support the acquisition of new programs and ensure successful execution of business growth plans
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Purchasing, Engineering, Program Management, and Quality functions
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, quotations, contracts, and annual cost discussions
• Coordinate and resolve customer-related issues, including account receivables, delivery, quality concerns, and commercial matters
• Monitor customer developments, market trends, and competitive activities, and provide regular business updates and forecasts
• Maintain and expand customer business portfolios by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support program launches and ongoing customer requirements
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile as an Account Manager:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or related commercial roles within the automotive industry
• Proven experience managing OEM customer accounts and supporting vehicle development programs
• Candidates with experience in intelligent cockpit, autonomous driving, ADAS, automotive electronics, software, or connectivity solutions are highly preferred
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Extensive experience in commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and business development activities
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced international environment. Willingness to travel as required
