Senior Cloud Engineer

• Lead the delivery and operation of enterprise Data Analytics Platforms including Posit, Tableau Cloud, and Spotfire.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, Product Owners, Technical Leads, offshore development teams, CloudOps, and QA teams.
• Drive platform enhancements, onboarding, support, and adoption using an Agile product delivery model.
• Work directly with Clinical and Commercial stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable platform improvements.
• Demonstrate proactive, effective, and assertive communication to drive decisions, resolve issues, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely execution across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure platform services are delivered effectively within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Requirements

• Good experience in AWS services: EKS, EC2, S3
• Argo CD for application deployment and GitOps workflows
• DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation and management
• Cloud infrastructure and platform operations
• Cloud security best practices
• Any one Analytics platform(Tableau/Spotfire/Posit) - Nice to have. We can train if the candidate is strong in other areas.

Project Management

• Jira for backlog and project tracking
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
• Sprint planning, execution, and delivery management

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively engage with business and technical teams

Technical Leadership Experience

• Backlog grooming and prioritization
• Quarterly planning and roadmap management
• Creation and management of features, epics, and user stories
• Resource planning and allocation management
• Monitoring and maintaining team velocity
• Offshore team coordination and delivery oversight
• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives
