The HR Payroll position is responsible for managing the complete payroll process for all employees, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. This role oversees attendance tracking, overtime calculation, leave management, and maintains confidential employee records. Additionally, the position supports compensation-related reporting and collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Duties & Responsibility
- Handle full-cycle payroll processing, including salary calculations, statutory deductions, and timely payment.
- Prepare payroll, salary, and employee benefits reports.
- Calculate and process tax, NSSF, and other required deductions.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and compliant payroll administration.
- Maintain payroll data in an organized and systematic manner.
- Oversee daily overtime (OT) operations and prepare OT reports for payroll processing.
- Monitor attendance systems, manage overtime records, and ensure accuracy of data.
- Ensure employee data accuracy and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Maintain and update employee leave records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to provide documentation and data related to compensation and benefits.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management or related field.
- At least 2 years of HR payroll experience (manufacturing industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of labor laws, salaries tax, and compensation design.
- Proficient in payroll software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English, Korean is an advantage.
*Working Conditions
- Working Day: Mon – Sat (Half)
- Working Time: 08:00AM – 05:00PM
- Public Holiday follow Cambodia Labor Law
