About the role:
With strong product traction among world-class enterprises, we’re now looking for a Solutions Architect to join us - to design and oversee the most sophisticated and impactful AI product implementations out there. It’s an amazing opportunity for a business-oriented, technical person who loves making complex enterprise architectures work smoothly to unlock a ton of value for customers.

What you'll do:
Become an expert in mission-critical AI platform adoption by large enterprises.
Lead technical conversations with executives and senior enterprise stakeholders to help translate requirements into a jointly agreed architecture and adoption plans.
Design complex multi-system integrations (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, data layers, telephony); run discovery and solution workshops; guide implementation.
Lead a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to ensure reliable delivery of best in class solutions that meet customer needs.
Collaborate with Account Managers on long-term account plans, and own their execution with your team of TAMs.
Support expectation-setting with customers and channel feedback to Product and leadership to inform roadmaps and standards.
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
3+ years of experience designing and delivering complex software solutions to enterprise customers.
In-depth grasp of complex enterprise architectures - data storage, interoperability, etc.
Hands-on integration (REST/GraphQL) skills.
Strong stakeholder management and executive relationship building skills.
Leadership and coaching mindset to enable TAMs, customers, and partners to adopt Zowie successfully and scale.
Great planning and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish.
It will be awesome if you also have:
Experience launching AI Agents and driving adoption with enterprise customers.
Knowledge of telephony: SIP trunking and call routing/setup.
