Role  

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Pricing Strategy & Operations to join our team. This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the Manager, Pricing Strategy & Operations in the Product Management department. 

We are looking for an analytics professional who can help drive data-backed pricing and monetization decisions for our SaaS business. The role will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets, identifying trends and opportunities, and translating insights into clear business recommendations that support revenue growth, discounting, packaging, deal strategy, and overall pricing effectiveness.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Own and maintain the data tables, structures, and inputs required for pricing, packaging, discounting, cost, and product usage analysis, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of insights
• Analyze large datasets across customers, products, usage, revenue, discounts, costs, and sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and recommendations that support better pricing and packaging decisions
• Break down complex data and analysis into simple, clear, and actionable insights that business stakeholders and executives can easily understand and use for decision-making
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate pricing performance, product adoption, discounting trends, and monetization opportunities
• Partner with Product, Engineering, IT, Deal Desk, and Finance to ensure pricing guidance, cost inputs, product telemetry, and related data are properly captured, maintained, and reflected in business systems

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in pricing analytics, business analytics, revenue analytics, strategy analytics, finance analytics, or sales/GTM analytics
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field
• Strong hands-on experience analyzing large datasets and generating business insights using SQL, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and AI tools
• Proven ability to convert complex analysis into clear business recommendations and executive-ready presentations

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Practical experience leveraging AI predictive models or machine learning analytics workflows to optimize SaaS pricing models, price elasticity, or discounting strategy
• Deep functional experience in pricing, packaging, monetization, deal desk analytics, revenue strategy, or GTM analytics
• Prior experience in a global SaaS / enterprise software environment leveraging systems like Salesforce, CPQ, Snowflake, Paradime, and modern BI/reporting platforms
