Role
We are looking for a Senior Creative Director t o join our team. This is a hybrid role based out of our global headquarters in San Jose, CA, reporting to theVP, Brand Marketing in the Brand Marketing department. We are seeking a visionary Senior Creative Director to serve as a strategic creative partner to senior leadership and lead our global brand transformation. Reporting directly to the VP, Brand Marketing, this role will drive the overarching creative vision, translate business and brand strategy into high-impact global experiences, and lead a world-class creative organization. You will serve as a key partner across teams, scaling our brand story and visual identity to elevate our market leadership, inspire customer trust, and cultivate a culture of creative excellence.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Drive the global visual brand evolution and creative direction across all touchpoints, ensuring cohesion, differentiation, and narrative excellence
- Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary global creative team spanning design, art direction, video, and UX/UI
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, translating complex business priorities into clear creative briefs and strategic roadmaps
- Orchestrate brand-led storytelling across digital platforms, web experiences, and physical environment touchpoints
- Establish holistic brand systems, guidelines, and visual frameworks to guide global campaigns, digital platforms, and experiential touchpoints

- You are relentlessly curious. The AI threat landscape moves faster than any analyst report. New attack techniques, new tools, new buyer anxieties - you stay ahead of all of it, form your own point of view, and bring that perspective to everything you build
- Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Strategic, growth-oriented mindset with a track record of translating business strategy into compelling brand initiatives
- Proven experience leading and scaling integrated creative teams, with a passion for inspiring high-performing talent and driving standout work in enterprise B2B SaaS or technical categories.
- Strong portfolio of relevant work
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proven track record of leading large scale, end-to-end brand transformation or repositioning in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Hands-on experience implementing generative AI design tools to accelerate content production workflows across global creative teams

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$203,000—$290,000 USD
