Terminal Product Support Engineer (Mobile)

Responsibilities:

• Provide product and technical support to the sales team across the full terminal device portfolio
• Collect, clarify and document mobile operators’ customization requirements (software, user interface, branding, packaging)
• Coordinate with R&D teams in China and track the delivery and acceptance of customized product versions
• Conduct product and field testing, investigate technical issues reported by operators, and provide ongoing operational and maintenance support
• Analyze competing products across brands, categories and generations, comparing features, performance and market positioning
• Coordinate the resolution of after-sales issues with relevant internal teams
• Assist in compiling and tracking product purchasing, sales and inventory data

Requirements:

• Higher technical education in telecommunications, electronics, IT or a related field
• Solid understanding of mobile devices, MBB, CPE and mobile network technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G)
• Hands-on ability to test devices, troubleshoot technical issues and prepare clear, structured reports
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working with operators, sales teams and R&D
• Analytical mindset and confident Excel skills for tracking and reporting product data
• Working proficiency in English for communication with R&D teams in China

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in telecom device support, product testing or operator customization projects
• Familiarity with after-sales support processes and inventory reporting
• Chinese language skills
