Stiamo ricercando un profilo di AI Delivery Consultant da inserire all’interno del team dedicato allo sviluppo e all’implementazione di soluzioni innovative basate su Intelligenza Artificiale.
Le principali attività saranno:
- Analizzare le esigenze dei clienti e raccogliere i requisiti funzionali per la definizione delle soluzioni più adeguate.
- Supportare la gestione e l’evoluzione di progetti innovativi in ambito Generative AI, assistenti virtuali e automazione dei processi aziendali.
- Configurare e personalizzare soluzioni applicative integrate con componenti di Intelligenza Artificiale.
- Partecipare alla progettazione e realizzazione di chatbot, workflow conversazionali e strumenti di interazione intelligente.
- Collaborare con i team di sviluppo alla realizzazione di integrazioni tra piattaforme AI e sistemi informativi aziendali.
- Contribuire alle attività di analisi dati, validazione dei risultati e definizione di report e insight a supporto del business.
- Supportare le attività di test, collaudo e monitoraggio delle soluzioni implementate, garantendone qualità ed efficacia.
- Collaborare con i team di Ricerca e Sviluppo per l’evoluzione continua delle funzionalità AI e l’introduzione di nuove opportunità tecnologiche.
- Fornire supporto post go-live e accompagnare il cliente nel percorso di adozione delle soluzioni.
- Predisporre la documentazione funzionale e tecnica di progetto.
- Erogare formazione e affiancamento agli utenti finali, favorendo il corretto utilizzo delle soluzioni implementate.
