Il Team:

La risorsa verrà inserita nel team dei sistemi informativi del gruppo Zucchetti.

Ruolo:

La risorsa si occuperà di installare, configurare e amministrare server virtuali con sistema operativo Windows e LINUX, installare ed amministrare virtualizzatori basati su VM Ware e soluzioni di navigazione internet.

Nello specifico le attività saranno:

  • gestione richieste a livello tecnico ed organizzativo per fare fronte a problemi, emergenze, incidenti e richieste SUI SERVIZI erogati dall’ICT;
  • gestione richieste a livello tecnico ed organizzativo per la realizzazione di PROGETTI complessi;
  • analizzare specifiche/esigenze/obiettivi per individuare ostacoli, rischi ed impatti;
  • redigere documentazione progettuale con conclusioni analisi;
  • pianificare attività e milestone con attenzione e sensibilità a rispettare queste ultime;
  • definire tempi e priorità;
  • gestire e coinvolgere risorse tecniche sia interne che esterne (Fornitori e Partner), se utili al progetto.

Obiettivi:

L'obiettivo sarà quello di perseguire in maniera continuativa miglioramenti sulle infrastruttura e sulle modalità di erogazione dei servizi con il fine di rendere questi ultimi più performanti, più stabili, più affidabili, più semplici sia da amministrare che da utilizzare. Inoltre si dovrà definire SLA per un servizio sempre efficiente e monitorarne disponibilità e qualità.
