ZyG is building the first Agentic Operating System for eCom scale. We help product inventors and entrepreneurs turn ideas into real Direct-to-Consumer businesses, tackling the three things that actually kill eCom growth: bad product bets, no real scale infrastructure, and financing that's usually a mess. Our connected system of AI Agents runs on one unified data layer, tests scale-market fit, replaces the fragmented tools, agencies, and manual workflows most brands duct-tape together, and brings the financing needed to actually scale.

The Role

We're hiring a Creative Strategist to join a fast-moving performance creative team testing and building new brands in the market, daily.

This isn't a traditional marketing role.

You'll be the sole creative owner of brands we're testing daily, to decide if a brand's worth scaling into a $100M business. Fast.

You'll ideate and brief paid ads, live and breathe ads all day, and crack a new brand practically every day.

This is a ground floor seat on a startup with real ambition.

What you'll do

• Own the full creative output of your brands, end to end
• Research, ideate, and write ads and briefs that actually convert
• Read ad account data and turn performance into new creative angles
• Stay ahead of what's moving on TikTok, Instagram, and the rest of the feed
• Work closely with Designers, Media Buyers, and Go-To-Market to bring it all to life

Requirements

• At least 1 year as a Creative Strategist at a DTC growth company with real results, or as a Copywriter / Strategic Planner at a creative agency
• Experience directing a creative team: designers, editors, creators, in-house talent
• Sharp copywriting instincts, real direct response experience, and a pulse on what's actually working in ad accounts right now
• Native English speaker with excellent writing
• AI-native: curious, experimental, not afraid of new tools. Claude, ChatGPT, MCP and the rest feel like a natural part of how you work
• Wants ownership, moves fast, and wants to build something big
