Job Summary
You will lead the design and implementation of DDC panels and support BMS/EMS projects by preparing detailed diagrams and quotations. You will supervise and participate in power metering installation and commissioning, organize daily workforces, and ensure successful on-site execution in construction environments.
Responsibilities
- Design DDC panels and develop single-line diagrams (SLD), termination diagrams, and detailed costing/quotations for Building Management System (BMS) and Energy Management System (EMS) projects
- Supervise and actively participate in power metering installation and commissioning to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines
- Lead and coordinate workers to execute daily tasks efficiently and safely on-site
- Perform on-site work in construction environments as required, demonstrating adaptability and adherence to safety protocols
- Utilize Microsoft Office and AutoCAD applications to prepare technical documentation and project plans
- Apply technical knowledge and skills in Digital Power Meters, Automatic Transfer Switches, and Building Management Systems to enhance project outcomes
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant local work experience in electrical engineering or related fields
- Class 3 Driving License
- Willingness to work on weekends(10–20%)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to commence work immediately or short notice (will be an added advantage)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Technical knowledge or skills in Digital Power Meter, Automatic Transfer Switch, and Building Management System
