It designs and manages infrastructure programmes across transport, water, buildings, energy and defence, and holds a substantial nuclear business through Candu Energy that services and builds heavy water reactors. Headquartered in Montreal and listed in Toronto, the group employs tens of thousands of engineers, planners and consultants across Canada, the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
