Led workflow redesign to reduce application completion time from days to minutes and improved credentialing timelines by replacing manual handoffs with status-driven operations and clearer controls. Converted regulatory requirements into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT scenarios, partnering with US stakeholders and engineering to validate edge cases and release readiness.

Co-founded and led delivery of multiple client and internal products across healthcare, HRTech, media, education, fintech, real estate, ecommerce, logistics, travel, and public-sector incubation. Managed product discovery through PRDs, roadmaps, backlog prioritization, demos, UAT, releases, and post-launch iteration while coordinating design, engineering, and QA teams. Built API-driven products and automations using Stripe/Stripe Connect, Twilio/MSG91, Microsoft Graph, Firebase, and Supabase as part of finance, communication, and operational integrations.

Helped build RecruiterOS, an AI-powered candidate recommendation product with a resume conversation feature for faster recruiter discovery. Reduced interview scheduling time for top candidates from about a week to a couple of hours and improved match relevance using AI recommendations. Developed recruiter and employer dashboards and integrated workflows across CRM and calendars, connecting HubSpot and Google Calendar to reduce manual coordination.
