Supported Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and Siemens-based automation for sterile injectable manufacturing equipment and GMP facility utilities. Developed and maintained HMI applications including alarms, interlocks, and operator interfaces, and performed PLC troubleshooting with root-cause analysis. Executed FAT/SAT, I/O verification, loop checks, commissioning, and startup, while supporting validated lifecycle activities with change control, impact assessments, and regression testing. Participated in IQ/OQ/PQ validation and maintained engineering documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.

Programmed and commissioned Allen-Bradley and Siemens (TIA Portal, S7) PLC and HMI systems for pharmaceutical packaging, filling, and labeling. Implemented safety I/O checks, guard door interlocks, and controlled stop routines to prevent unsafe motion. Integrated FANUC and Stäubli robots and Cognex vision systems for automated handling and inline defect/label verification under GMP. Diagnosed electrical, pneumatic, and control issues using AutoCAD-based schematics and monitored control network communications (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus) to improve data reliability.
