Architected and maintained enterprise AWS infrastructure using EC2, VPC, Route 53, CloudFront, and CloudFormation. Built Infrastructure as Code with Terraform to speed deployments and prevent configuration drift. Implemented security compliance programs aligned with ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS. Operated CI/CD pipelines and supported engineering teams with Jira and Confluence workflows.

Led digital transformation by migrating on-prem infrastructure to AWS, reducing operational costs through modernization. Deployed and operated Nextcloud for secure collaboration and implemented enterprise systems including Windows Active Directory and Exchange 2019. Managed patching via WSUS and set up centralized backup and disaster recovery with defined RTO/RPO targets. Oversaw network security components and endpoint protection deployment across the organization.

Designed and implemented campus network infrastructure using Cisco routing and switching to support thousands of users. Deployed Windows Server Active Directory to centralize authentication and access control. Provided core services with Ubuntu servers including DHCP and DNS, and supported system upgrades to maintain high network availability. Delivered technical support and training to faculty and students.
