Directed end-to-end manufacturing operations for a wide portfolio of house-brand, wholesale, custom, and white-label products, covering planning, procurement, batching, packaging, quality control, and delivery. Led formulation and process development from concept through commercial production, defining ingredient systems and production/packaging compatibility. Built and managed cGMP-oriented quality systems including deviations, CAPAs, document control, sanitation, calibration, and recall readiness, and implemented manufacturing-data workflows for ERP and production evaluation.

Prepared sterile compounded medications for critically ill patients, including IV antibiotics, TPNs, and emergency medications, ensuring accuracy and controlled handling. Managed pharmacy operational workflows such as Pyxis restocking, inventory control for refrigerated and controlled items, and floor-stock coordination. Participated in cross-functional improvement discussions with nursing and leadership to reduce waste and resolve medication workflow conflicts, and trained rotating pharmacists and new staff on department procedures.

Supervised compounding teams producing high-volume shipped prescriptions and larger-scale production runs, including hazardous and equipment-intensive workflows. Managed performance and corrective actions, trained personnel, and coordinated procurement for ingredients, consumables, and production supplies. Helped expand the department by sourcing and coordinating equipment installation/validation, writing SOPs for automated manufacturing systems, maintaining master formulas, and supporting cGMP and regulatory compliance including FDA/DEA and quality audits.

Inspected incoming, in-process, and finished downhole stator components, with authority to accept, reject, or hold nonconforming material. Performed dimensional and material inspections using precision and specialized measurement tools, and reviewed drawings, specifications, and tolerances. Documented nonconformances, supported investigations with manufacturing and engineering, and contributed to quality processes after transitioning from machine operations on a stamping press.

Conducted factory-floor inspections across multiple manufacturing facilities, evaluating incoming materials, production processes, finished goods, packaging, and workmanship against approved samples. Performed in-process and pre-shipment checks with authority to stop or hold nonconforming production and coordinate rework to resolve quality issues. Coordinated corrective actions to ensure production resumed only after issues were addressed.
