Supported QA activities for ERP and FMCG distributor and sales management applications across web, mobile, and desktop. Planned and coordinated test strategy, test plans, and execution while ensuring functional and regression coverage including system and UAT phases. Built end-to-end automation scripts with Playwright using a page-object model, executed cross-browser checks, ran REST API testing, validated data via SQL, and performed performance tests.

Tested a web-based distributor management system covering orders, sales, credit/debit notes, and purchase workflows. Created and executed functional, regression, and integration test scenarios and cases. Automated selected critical test flows using a Playwright approach and verified backend outcomes with SQL validations.
